A captain in the U.S. Army, Kevin Craig served in the Republic of Korea, Fort Sill, Okla., Fort Stewart, Ga., and in support of operations in Kuwait. He received medals for his service:

 

Meritorious Service Medal, awarded by President Clinton for Kevin's "demonstrated professionalism, initiative, total dedication and superb leadership."

Army Commendation Medal, awarded by the Secretary of the Army for meritorious service while stationed in South Korea.
